I am experienced in working with issues around self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, addiction, trauma, conflict in relationships, anxiety and depression.

These may include evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as Mindfulness-based therapy.
