Check Coverage: The initial step is to verify with your extended health benefit provider whether they cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Billing Process: We offer certified invoices that are ready for submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
For the first 12 weeks after your accident, you are eligible to 12 counselling sessions provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. We can direct-bill to ICBC.

Our counsellors have limited time and availability due to their commitment to providing quality care to each client. The time set aside for an appointment cannot be easily filled if it’s canceled without adequate notice.
